About us

We are a medium-sized company, founded in 1998, with the main focus in the metalworking industry.
Our origins are shipbuilding and in particular shipbuilding with a specialization in heavy machine components such as rudder shafts, propeller shafts, propellers and variable propellers, couplings, hydraulic press connections and other machine components.

We have focused on the use of advanced, high performance metals.
Our field of activity is titanium and titanium alloys, tantalum, molybdenum, zircon, tungsten, as well as nickel and cobalt alloys.
We advise you on the selection of the suitable material for your application, we design for you and we make you happy.

In the area of ​​the variable pitch propeller, we have several patents, a utility model on a device for measuring torque and power. We are involved in several research projects in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Over time, our main focus has been on the use of new innovative materials, precision components, and products with difficult manufacturing costs.

Among other things, we supply ultra-thin titanium foil with a thickness of 0.001mm, capillary tubes with a diameter of less than 1 millimeter, micro-connecting elements of M1.0, mechanically processed precision parts, castings and welding telephones with a weight of over 1000kg. We develop, calculate, design and deliver finished products with difficult specifications.

Over time, we have specialized in modern materials and in particular in titanium and its alloys, nickel and nickel alloys, as well as high temperature resistant metals such as tungsten, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum and zirconium.

We offer design services with strength calculations based on FEM, manufacture and delivery of various products from high-performance materials.
